Marine Corps 250 / USA 250: Service, STEM, and Career Exploration
Pennridge students explored future careers while earning recognition
for real-world innovation through the Navy and Marine Corps 250th
STEM Challenge.
Pennridge became a center for career exploration, service, STEM
innovation, and national pride during the Marine Corps 250 / USA 250
Career Fair Experience. With more than 100 vendors participating,
students had the opportunity to learn from military representatives,
career professionals, business leaders, public service organizations,
technical experts, and community partners. Career areas included
military service, STEM, engineering, skilled trades, law enforcement,
public service, legal careers, technology, business, and more.
Interactive experiences and demonstrations helped students ask
questions, explore future pathways, and see how classroom learning
connects to real-world opportunity.
The event also connected to a larger moment of student
innovation through the Navy and Marine Corps 250th STEM
Challenge, a regional
